Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
Excellent cookies - I get requests to make them by friends. I use 1 1/2 tsp of cloves though ... love the spicy taste.

Chocolate Lovers' Favorite Cake
One fantastic cake. I followed the recipe exactly except I substituted vanilla for the almond extract (which I now see many people have done). Worked out wonderfully. Baking time was 55 minutes. Very dense, very chocolately... mmmm.... chocolate.

Easy and Tasty All-Purpose Marinade
It's a 5 star recipe because it's easy to make, you always have the ingredients, and it consistently flavours and tenderizes whatever meat you use. I love this recipe.
