The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies
Delicious and easy! I recommend dividing batter out as you are rolling it, leaving remaining batter in the fridge until you roll it. I teach a baking class to kids age 6-11 and pre-made enough dough for 15 dozen cookies for our church service. I baked half of them plain, for them to paint with colored icing sugar, and left the rest for them to roll, cookie cutter and sprinkle. They had a blast, and enjoyed "testing" the cookies before painting them.

Mountain Apple Cobbler
I teach a baking class to kids age 6-11, and not only was this super easy, they loved it! Only suggestion is make sure the baking pan is big enough that the rolls are spaced out enough that the liquid can cook and evaporate. I 1.5'ed the recipe, but squished into a 9x13...Liquid was still there and bottoms were a bit gooey. Kids still loved it though!

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies
My 10yr old made these, but substituted Chocolate Pudding for the vanilla. They made a wonderful moist chocolate choc.chip cookie!
