I love spending time with my family and cooking with my Grandmother. :) Complicated dishes with lots of ingredients! I love to cook Arroz con Pollo. I started with a main recipe from Goya.com and it's so tweakable, I've done it atleast 5 different ways. Every Sunday since forever, me and my family have pasta. By now, I've had enough pasta but I still love to hang out with my family for the day! When I learned how to cook with regular rice instead of instant! Too many to count! I usually try a recipe and mess it up then make it over and over until I perfect it, then I move on.
