Blueberry Buckle
This really was good. Simple ingredients, not too sweet, but just sweet enough it was a real treat. We put a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top when it was fresh out of the oven...heavenly!

Chicken Valdostano
Personally, I really liked this. My family thought the prosciutto tasted like that dried beef in a jar! Apparently they are not used to the taste of that specialty.

Reuben Sandwich II
This was pretty good, but my kids hated the Thousand Island dressing! I will just leave that off next time. When I toasted them in a big heavy skillet, I also weighed them down with another pan and a big heavy can inside the pan. They came out nicely browned and all the "goodies" stayed inside the bread.
