Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
Great flavor! I took the advice of another reviewer and added some bread crumbs to thicken up the topping, as it seemed just a bit runny, but I think I added just a little bit too much so it ended up being a bit thicker than I had intended. Absolutely delicious.

Best Cream Of Broccoli Soup
I don't know if the best part of this soup is it's wonderful flavor, how easy it is to make it, or how healthy it is, but it certainly is all of the above! I have used this recipe and used half broccoli and half cauliflower as well and either way, it always turns out just great. Highly recommended.

Hungarian Mushroom Soup
This soup is incredible, it was just as good (and much better, in many cases) as soup you might get in a fine restaurant. I did not have soy sauce or paprika on hand the last time I made it, so I substituted teriyaki sauce and a mix of ground cayenne pepper, cumin, and a caribbean jerk seasoning, and gave this soup a real kick. I give this recipe a solid 5 stars and would highly recommend it, one of my favorites!
