Split Pea Soup

Great recipe. The only thing I did was add about 2 more quarts of water and more salt and pepper. I don't like think pea soup. Otherwise this is a traditional recipe with great taste.

Chicken Curry I

I love this recipe.I've Been using it for 10 years now. There is nothing I would do differently. If you want a great homemade curry, try this one. It is worth the effort.

Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies I

I have been baking cookies for years and finally found that this is the best recipe for soft and chewy cookies. I changed one thing...I melted 1/2 margarine and 1/2 shortening in stead of 1 cup of shortening. THAT IS THE TRICK to these cookies. Seriously the best Choc chip cookie EVER!
