The Best Lemon Bars
I lost my old recipe for lemon bars but tried this one. They were good... but the crust to filling ratio was a little off... too much crust. My old recipe called for adding lemon zest as well... which i did.

Slow Cooker Beef Stew I
So amazing! I definetly would not waste time searing the beef. I used to be fully beleive in searing the outside first, but after making it without, i realized the falvour is just as good and the beef is alot more tender, plus it takes way less time and less dishes! I added a pack of Club House stew seasoning and a little more salt when it was done. Wonderful.

Pumpkin Gingerbread
Very yummy. I put mine in one round mould... had to cook it for much longer. Served cut into pieces, warmed in the oven with homemade caramel and ice cream. Thought the Gingerbread flavour could have been a bit stronger.. but still unreal!
