Marshmallow Fondant
My first try with fondant... a little tricky but probably easier then other recipes. Definetly put it in the microwave for 5 seconds before rolling or it's almost impossible. I flavoured mine with cocnut extract.

Thai Green Curry Chicken
So yummy, better then on Koh San Road! I add zuchini, brocolli and mushrooms. I also add a stalk of lemon grass while it's cooking, and a squeeze of lime, and sprinkle of fresh cilantro before serving.
