Easy OREO Truffles
Very easy to make. I used milk chocolate instead of semi-sweet chocolate. I first made the dough (creamcheese and oreo mix) and left it in the fridge for 20 minutes. Then I made them into balls and put it back in the fridge for another 30 minutes so they get firm. I used a double broiler to melt the chocolate. I also used a fork to dip the balls in the chocolate. They didn't fall apart and it was easy to get a nice coating all around. Instead of sprinkling with oreo crumb...i sprinkled nuts instead. They came out great and tasted delicious.
