I'm 24 and am in college studying to become a teacher. I go to college in the Virgin Islands which is located in the Caribbean. I've loved to cook since I was a kid, but it's kind of hard to find the time to cook a lot. I pretty much love to cook most things. I'm never very comfortable when it comes to fried foods, but other then that I'll try to cook just about anything. My mother's side has a lot of traditions which are pretty cool. I used to help my grandmother out a lot in the kitchen, especially around the holidays. Making crepes in 7th grade from my own recipe. The nastiest looking/smelling fondue ever! It was most definitely not my idea to add the oil to the pot either.
