Fiery Fish Tacos with Crunchy Corn Salsa
This stuff is great. Absolutely the best fish tacos I've had. I've tried mixing it up with other species of fish but the tilapia seems to work the best - probably because it grills easy and breaks into nice strips. The only thing I would suggest changing is the corn preparation. After grilling it, perhaps it would be good to simmer the cut kernels in a pan with some habanero and honey to get that sweet and spicy taste. Nevertheless, AWESOME recipe.
