Love this... very cruncy and tasty. I used cutlets, raised temp to 375 and cooked only 40 min due to thin cut of chicken. I accidently used shredded italian blend of cheese, so I added the parmesan to the top - it was perfect. The extra cheese in the mix gave it a great flavor.

Very Very tasty, & well seasoned. Used Panko bread crumbs for a crunchier texture!
