Easy and quick! Delicious- devoured quickly.

This was really tasty! I would recommend three modifications- two of which are suggested by many other users: cook the noodles in the broth/ vegetable dish to save on pots to clean up and add more seasonings based on what you prefer. My husband didn't love the "bite" that came with the cheddar cheese (we used medium cheddar) so we will substitute with a "Mexican" blend in the future to add some more creaminess and cut out that biting flavor.

My family didn't love this one. The flavors were fine, but there seemed to be a LOT of spinach in comparison to everything else, it sort of overpowered the dish. The sauce was also a little blah, not gross, but just lacking in some oomph. Might make it again, but with modifications listed by other reviewers. Good enough, but not great.
