Stuffed Green Pepper
This is the best stuffed pepper recipe! My husband keeps telling me how good they are. I blanched the green peppers and cut them in half to pile more meat in them. I used ground turkey and topped with parmesan cheese. Thank you for this recipe on my favorite recipe website.

Red Beans and Rice
I have used this recipe for several potlucks by just adding more rice. I have also cut up kielbasi into bite size pieces instead of ground meat for variety. I find this recipe very good and my bowl is empty before the end of the a potluck dinner!
