Slow Cooker Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin
Excellent recipe as is. I used crushed red chili peppers (about 1/2 tsp.) in place of the red chili's. Searing is a must, I even marinated it after searing for a couple of hours. Came out great, able to slice it and also pull some. Thanks, I will definitely be making this again.

Sloppy Joes II
Good basic recipe. I used ground turkey to keep it extra lean, a red pepper (because that's what I had) and added a good amount of Lousiana Hot Sauce to cut down the sweetness. Served it over ziti pasta. Very good. Thanks for the recipe!

Stuffed Peppers
I used red peppers because I like the flavor. The TVP really gave it substance and actually tasted pretty good (and I'm not a vegetarian). You need a lot more tomato sauce so keep some on hand.
