Beef Enchiladas II
The only reason i couldn't give this five stars is because the meat was bland prior to me making modificaitons. I spiced it up with the "Taco Seasoning I" recipe from this site as well as two jars of enchilada sauce in the place of the dry mix. These are the best beef enchiladas i have made.
