Banana Cake II
This is a good cake. I baked in a Bundt pan for 45 minutes and I added 1 cup of chopped toasted walnuts, 2 tsps. of Cinnamon and 1/2 tsp. of Nutmeg. I used Buttermilk instead of sour milk. It was delicious, no frosting needed. Could sift on some powdered sugar for presentation.

Cranberry Zucchini Bread
This is an all-time FAVORITE recipe of mine. I get rave reviews when I serve this. The mellow spices are just right. I used dried cherries instead of cranberries (just a personal preference). So good!

Joy's Prizewinning Trifle
This make look like a fuss to make, it is NOT! It is such a beautiful dessert (especially at the holidays). It is so delicious and I think very easy to make. This is a hit! I prefer the angel food cake, but I think you could use pound cake if you don't like angel food. I make the pudding according to the directions on the box (I do NOT use it dry). You will be able to tell when something is too wet or too dry. Trust me, it is easy to make.
