Frosted Banana Bars
I made these for a "healthy" potluck at work (horrible idea... people either didn't participate b/c they couldn't think of anything, or they brought something that just "sounded" healthy-like me!). They didn't *really* fit the theme, but they were wonderful! Thanks Deltaj! :)

Zucchini Patties
Pretty good; could have used some more spices or something... Fairly easy to make and I got to use my grater, measuring cutting board, and chop wizard so I was happy! Served with tomato sauce. Definitely an option if you have way too much zucchini!

Ratatouille
Great flavor! Took a little while to chop everything up, but ended up WAY better than I expected! Thank you so much Lynn! I've already highly recommended it to several people!
