I am a stay at home mom...I currently have one son, Ashton and plan on having another soon! I do work a little bit for my husbands business. I love to work out and love to bake... I like to cook with chicken and pork for my proteins...I try to eat as healthy/or low calorie as I can because I don't just work out for my health...Body shape as well. So I take all the new things like sweet potatoes, rice, broccoli and I can create a lot of variety..Sure that is not the only things I cook with but those are a huge part of my lifestyle! Now that I have a two year old...We have started baking together...Cookies are our favorite. We bake them for halloween, Christmas, Easter, and his birthday. We also love to grill turkeys for Thanksgiving and bake an Apple pie to go with! I am very proud of the first Blueberry pie I tried to bake. I rock at making crusts but was not sure on the filling...So much I did it. And it was good. I am also the master at grilling pork! ahhhh...really..So I tried a cookie recipe that my dad had given me and I did a few subs on it. All I can say..They were not good. The dough was awesome but just did not go my way..I just blamed it on the day! They were for my husband to take hunting for the weekend. He got store bought ones. Had no time to re bake...Tragedy for sure!!!
