Oh these were good! I'll admit I was skeptical about the recipe not having any typical ingredients (oil, baking soda/powder) but man oh man these are delicious! They won't last long

Ok. So I just finished wrapping my roll and put it in the fridge to cool. I found this super easy to make, except when I unrolled it from the towel to put the icing on it, it totally broke right down the center. Not quite sure why this happened. I followed the instructions to the letter. I also noticed that it was really moist and sticky (and I'm guessing that's why it broke, because it was sticking to the towel) . I wonder how I would avoid that next time.
