Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff I
Wow, this was so easy and so good! The recipe is great the way it is, though I made just a few modifications. I lightly browned the meat, just before adding to the pot(for a min or two). Also, I used a lit less then 4oz of cream cheese and added about 2 tbsp of Sour Cream. Lastly I added just a tad more water, as mine was a little too thick (perhaps from having to cook it on high, due to lack of time) and added a few dashes of salt and pepper before serving over egg noodles. This is now apart of my family’s favorite recipe box. Thanks Jessica!
