About this Cook
i love to bake and cook. its just what i do. i'm in grade 10 in high school and i'm taking a Culinary Arts program to furthar in my studies.
My favorite things to cook
anything chocolate--may it be white, dark, milk, semi-sweet...i love chocolte. baking is my passion, cooking i still love...just not as much.
My cooking triumphs
my recipe, "Prize Winning Chocolate Nut Bars" won 2nd place when i was in 8th grade for our Christmas bake-off. i've sold quite a bit of my desserts including cookies, brownies, and some birthday cakes.
My cooking tragedies
i'm not very good at math, so when i was making chocolate cookies one day, i put in way too much margarine, they were disgustingly greasy.

Soft Christmas Cookies
the first time i made these, they were wonderful. the second time the dough was dry and crumbly. i followed everything right, but other than that, the dough is really nice to work with, i loved this recipe.

One Bowl Brownies
this was so easy to make. and such a delicious batter too ;) i ended up only having one egg though, so to substitute, i added about 1/2 cup of heavy cream and it was heavenly.
