i love to bake and cook. its just what i do. i'm in grade 10 in high school and i'm taking a Culinary Arts program to furthar in my studies. anything chocolate--may it be white, dark, milk, semi-sweet...i love chocolte. baking is my passion, cooking i still love...just not as much. my recipe, "Prize Winning Chocolate Nut Bars" won 2nd place when i was in 8th grade for our Christmas bake-off. i've sold quite a bit of my desserts including cookies, brownies, and some birthday cakes. i'm not very good at math, so when i was making chocolate cookies one day, i put in way too much margarine, they were disgustingly greasy.
