Marinade for Chicken

Everyone I've served this to, loves this marinade. I've used it on chicken and pork chops and put the meat on the grill. I also love that there is plenty left over to use again. I put it in a freezer zip lock and store it in my fridge. Thank you so much for sharing!

Red Skinned Potato Salad

Easy to make and oh so delicious! My future mother in law loves this potato salad! Every time I make this I honestly make a double batch so that we have some leftovers. The review about the bacon not getting soggy (if you crisp it well) is true! I use to make the classic potato salad but this is all I make now!

Italian Breaded Pork Chops

My boyfriend is half Sicilian and he is an Italian food freek. He LOVED this recipe! I did not modify it all. I do not eat pork chops but he said this was definitely one of the best pork chops he's ever eaten. He even ate leftovers the next day and he RARELY does.

Chicken Pot Pie IX

I read others suggestions. I used poultry seasoning and garlic powder. I did cook the chicken ahead of time with the chicken broth and seasonings. I also very glad that I doubled the sauce as I still think it wasn't enough sauce. I used the Butter Flaky Pie Crust recipe on this website and it paired really well! I'm not a huge chicken pot pie fan but my boyfriend said he really liked the flavor of this and I have to say I did as well :)

Teena's Spicy Pesto Chicken and Pasta

I love this recipe! It's very quick and simple to make for those who want something delicious and fast. I use SRIRACHA chili sauce and it gives the chicken a nice red color. I also use more pesto as I like more sauce to cover all the pasta and the chicken. My boyfriend and I really enjoy this.

Slow-Cooked German Short Ribs

Awesome recipe. I used boneless short ribs, approx 2 pounds. I used 1/2 hot chili sauce and 1/2 ketchup for the 1/2 cup chili sauce. It was greasy as stated by others but the sauce is delicious! I also used Tisdale Cabernet and the wine was about 8.00 a bottle. My bf really really enjoyed this recipe! This also makes for a great sauce for stew!!

Lemon Chicken II

Fantastic recipe! Fairly simple to make but lots of dishes to do. I did follow someone elses suggestion and doubled the corn starch and lemon juice for the sauce. I used 3 chicken breasts and followed everything else and it was enough for 2 people. If you are going to serve 6 I would triple the sauce. I also added the lemons at the end.

Spicy Crispy Beef

This is a great tasting & very easy to make recipe. I would however suggest as always to read the other reviews for modifications. This recipe however didn't need much modification. The only thing I would do differently is to add crushed red peppers as even though it was delicious as is, it was not very spicy. Mild at best. Make sure your oil is very hot as the beef will not crisp as it should but the meat was very tender and the sauce was amazing. Next time I will try it with pineapples & green peppers. Also this amount was enough for 2 people not 4.

Yummy Sweet Potato Casserole

I not only make this for thanksgiving but we love it so much I've made it on other occasions. I didn't change a think, except cut the recipe in half at times. I haven't found anyone who didn't love this recipe. It is very sweet, but very good.

Cheeseburger Soup I

My fiance and I love this recipe. It's not overly time consuming and it always turns out great. I do not put in the basil or the parsley as I don't like the way basil tasted in the soup. I don't put parsley in anything, as I don't think it adds anything to a recipe.

Baked Scallops

I love Bay scallops and it's hard to find good recipes for them. I love how these turned out. I can't stress enough to make sure the scallops are dry as will turn out in to a lump of goo if they aren't. This happened the first time. I strained mine and used paper towels and squeezed them gently to make sure they were dry.

Asparagus Crab Omelets

Yummy! Just what I was looking for. I made this today and I changed it up a bit. I used 1 can of crab meat since this was for 2 people. I boiled the asparagus for 1 min and let it sit for a few more in the hot water, as I like mine crispy. I sauteed the crab meat and asparagus with a tbsp of butter and seasoned it with kosher salt, pepper (to my taste) & added 1 tbsp of minced chives. I also used the Kirkland brand egg beaters as it is already seasoned and delicious.I also like the McCormick brand Hollandaise Sauce and add in a tbsp of lemon juice. I will definitely make this again!

Grandma's Corn Pudding

This is a great corn pudding recipe. I do however put in fresh or frozen thawed corn in replace of the 1 can and I also like to add a cup of cheddar cheese to it.

Slow Cooker Taco Soup

This is a very good recipe for the person at work all day. I am not a bean person so I only added 1 can of kidney beans, I didn't add any water at all, I also followed others advice and added cumin and chili powder.

Baked Corn Pudding

This is almost identical to my mother's recipe. I made the following modifications: I cut the sugar in half, thawed out frozen corn instead of canned corn (the canned seems to make it soggier), and I added 1/2 cup on sharp cheddar cheese to offset the sugar.
