Best Buttercream Frosting
This frosting turned out great! I started by making a roux with the flour and 4 Tblsp. of the butter. I used superfine sugar, and it took about 10 minutes mixing in my Kitchenaid mixer for the sugar to melt. I also added 3 Tblsp. cocoa for chocolate frosting...would probably add more in the future.
