I am a firefighter and this recipe was extremely easy and everyone loved it. I cook for 9 people every shift and am always looking for meals that don't take much tim. I will definitely make this in the future. I used roasted red pepper salsa and green chilis to give it a bit of spice. Great recipe.

I made this for the firehouse and everybody loved it. It takes some time and sometimes for us that can ruin a meal if we get called out. I will definitly make this again.
