Walnut Brownie Pie
I made this recipe for my sister in law's birthday. She adores brownies. The pie shell made it into a more elegant affair. I did substitute the cocoa powder for real chocolate because there was no unsweetened cocoa powder at our local supermarket.

Pumpkin Cake with Apple Top
I really liked this recipe. I loved that is really moist and that it's not too sweet. There's a good balance of flavors. My in laws who are French and aren't used to too many pumpkin based cakes, absolutely loved it too.

Moist Cinnamon Rolls
I absolutely adored this recipe. I didn't have bread flour, so I couldn't use my bread maker, but I did use regular flour and did the dough by hand. The result was exquisite. Everyone in the family loved it. I'm definitely going to make this recipe more than once! Thanks for sharing!
