Very good! I took the advice of other raters and added some extra stuff. Everyone loved and they thought it was so fancy with the nuts sprinkled on the top. I actually thought the cake tasted better after sitting in the fridge overnight.

Super easy to make! I had most of the ingredients. I didn't have vinegar and so I substituted it with lime juice. It turned out great! The texture was very soft and fluffy, as others have stated. They are better than the ones at IHOP or Denny's. I'm not much of a pancake person, but these were great! I did add a tsp. of vanilla, and for the second half of the batch I added chocolate chips. Very good! Thanks for the recipe.
