Such a quick an easy recipe. I cut it down to cook an individual filet in my toaster over and it worked perfectly. Exactly what I was looking for.

This was great! I took other folks suggestion and added lots of spices. I also replaced some of the oil with applesauce. It was still a bit oily. Next time I might use even more apple sauce and less oil.

I made these last night for my bible study group and they got rave reviews. Usually people will eat like one cookie and people were eating 2 or 3. I added pumpkin pie spice, just to spice it up a little bit. Overall, they are amazing. They even asked me to bring refreshments again for next time (this time I just did it on a whim). THanks!
