Pumpkin-Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
These cookies were a real hit! I used raisins in half, cranberries(dried) in the other half. I left the nuts out.

Swanson(R) Black Bean, Corn and Turkey Chili
Very Tastey! I used a can of fire roasted tomatos instead of salsa, and adjusted the spices a bit. Super easy and quick.

Favorite Banana Blueberry Quick Bread
Yummy! Loved it so much I had to get back here to rate it. Made small alterations as many @home cooks like to do. I can't wait to make it again and bring it along with me to a church social.
