Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies
I followed the modified recipe with more flour, more baking soda and less salt and these were absolutely delicious! I added a few more chocolate chips only because I am a chocolate lover. I was going to freeze half of the dough, but once I tried the first cookie, I knew I had to cook it all because the first batch will be gone in a heartbeat. I only got 3 dozen from the batch since I made my cookies a little larger therefore I had to cook them for a few minutes longer. This recipe is a keeper!
