Chunky Monkey Pancakes

These are amazing! We add the chocolate chips,bananas and pecans to each pancake while they are cooking.The kids have a blast helping me make these and we all love them.

Sloppy Joe Sandwiches

I wish I could give this recipe more stars!I didn't change a thing for this recipe and it was perfect.My Dad says it's better then the sandwiches he used to get from his favorite franchise in our area.My kids(even the picky ones) loved them.Thank you Laurie for a recipe I will use forever.

Apple Dumplings with Rich Cinnamon Sauce

This was the easiest apple dumpling recipe I have ever tried.I didn't change anything in the recipe except it was hot and we were short on time so I used Hershey's caramel syrup instead of standing over the hot saucepan to make my own.It was great as it was so I can't wait to try it with the homemade sauce.I will definitely make these again.

Stuffed Peppers My Way

Excellent! I served these with pork tenderloins that I marinated in lime juice for 3 hours and then grilled. They went very well together.My 3 year old couldn't get enough of the stuffed peppers.

These are a little bland even after adding extra vanilla (and cherry flavoring once )but the kids still seem to love them.It may be the colored sprinkles that attract them though. =)

Lemon-Lime Chicken Broil

Awesome! I used greek seasoning instead of italian and it was perfect.I served it with Jasmine rice with a little lemon juice and it complimented the flavors nicely.Will definitely make again...and again!!
