This was pretty good;everyone including my kids raved about it and went back for seconds. I diced the chicken up, and then let it marinate for about 2 hours. I added in a bit more brown sugar and sub'd vanilla extract for the bourbon. It didn't taste like the kind u get at the mall, but it was delicious. Will definitely make again and again.

This was delicious!!!! Definitely the best meatloaf I've ever tasted. My husband and kids really liked it too. I didn't have evaporated milk so I used regular whole milk and I was worried it'd be too spicy for my kids so I didn't add in the hot pepper sauce. Still delicious. Will be my new recipe now; I already had a good one but this brings so much more flavor!

LOVED, LOVED, LOVED IT! I just took it out the oven and let it cool off so me and my kids are sitting here devouring it! I followed the recipe exactly but took it out the oven after about 20 mins or so though. I did end up adding more butter on it also.
