Pretzel Turtles
Here's the perfect fit. Get mini waffle pretzels. Toast pecan halves 5 minutes (350). Place pretzel on parchment lined sheet. Place Dove (caramel) on top of pretzel. Place toasted half on top of caramel. Bake at 300 for exactly 4 minutes. Take out and press (gently) pecan into chocolate caramel to form turtle body. Toasting the pecans before makes them crunchier and definitely more tasty

Zucchini and Onion Pancake
Here's the trick to perfect zucchini pancakes much like potato pancakes. To 3 cups grated zucchini, add 1/4 cup Bisquick and 1 egg. I also saute some onions. Add salt and pepper to taste as well as Italian seasonings, and 1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese.

Bean Soup
I have used this recipe for years and here's what I do to enhance the flavor. I always buy 1 pound of kielbasa and cut into small pieces and add to the soup. I also use 2 cups of chicken stock in exchange for some of the water needed. Try it. It's DELICIOUS
