Antipasto Pasta Salad
This was a big hit and I have made it many times. The various flavors blend nicely. Like previous reviewers suggested, I used white balsamic. I also used sundried tomatoes and added artichokes. Delicious!

Smothered Filet Mignon
This recipe is fabulous! It had great flavor and was one of the best steaks I have ever eaten. My husband loved it too. I added some gorganzola to the blue cheese and it was perfect. I will definitely make this again and can't wait to make it for company.
