Four Cheese Macaroni
After reading some of the existing reviews I used a tad more cheese than the recipe calls for and only one egg. This was my first time making m & c from scratch and it was to die for, if I do say so myself! lol Even my five-year-old niece asked for more. I will definitely make this again.

Sweet and Sour Meatballs
Yum! I used frozen meatballs, baked them according to the directions on the bag, blotted them to soak up the excess grease, and then added them to the sauce in the crock pot and let it all blend and warm for a few hours. Made a delicious appetizer and I plan to make these again!

Pork Chops a la Slow Cooker
I agree with ERYAN50. 8 hours is too long. I cooked them on high for about 2 hours and then on low for another hour and 1/2 and the pork chops were very tender. Another change I made: I poured all the remaining flour mixture into the pan while browning the pork chops, and after browning I poured the oil & flour mix into the crock pot with the pork chops and soup. This results in a thick gravy which was pretty tasty.
