Spice Cake I
I have to change my review on this. I reviewed this immediately after baking and it was very good. However, an hour later my cake was as hard as advanced calculus! I'm not sure what went wrong but I had to throw out my whole cake. I will not be making this again.

Jack's Chocolate Chip Cookies
My husband has eaten THIRTY of these since last night! These are his new favorite. I made them with only 1 bag of choc. chips and half the walnuts the recipe called for and they turned out wonderfully.

Texas Chocolate Frosting
Very good frosting. Be aware, though, that it is quite thick. After cooking it I had to whip vigorously and pour it on the cake quickly. It hardened to a lovely, almost crunchy texture. I had it on yellow cake but it would definitely go well on brownies.
