Coleslaw with Peas
Great dressing. I used Old-Style Prepared Mustard (with the seeds still in.) Took me all of five minutes to make and turned out to be a great snack.

Chocolate Banana Muffins
I used half the recommended amount of baking soda, didn't add any nuts, and added half a tsp of salt, though they could have used a little more. Overall, an ok recipe.
