Chili Rick's
Along with other reviewers, I entered this into a chili cook-off and won 2nd prize! I'm not a huge fan of sausage chili but this was very tasty! With each bite you get the full sweet and spicy aspect. Yum! I did cut the BBQ sauce in half. I'm not in love with Kraft BBQ sauce so I used Sweet Baby Ray's Hickory and Brown Sugar. I also added a little garlic powder and sauted the onions in the bacon grease. I let it all simmer for about 2 hours. I got a ton of compliments!!! Thanks Rick for a delish chili recipe.
