Cream Corn Like No Other
I have never been a fan of creamed corn but my dad love it. I used to get the Boston Market Asiago Creamed Corn and loved it then the store stopped carrying it. I was looking for a recipe for asiago creamed corn that I might like and I found this one that called for parmesean. So I changed the parmesean for grated asiago (I add about 1/2 cup or more to really add flavor) and it is fantastic!!! I make it for Thanksgiving and Christmas every year and even family members that don't like creamed corn love this. Thanks!!
