Im a 25 year old wife and stay home mother of a 5 yr old little boy. Im in school studying catering/culinary hoping to some day run my own catering business. Cooking is my passion, its what im confidant at, and soon enough it will be my career!
My favorite things to cook
I love casseroles, breakfast foods, and anything stuffed! Anything that involves being creative with my foods, hands on, a little messy. Im a fast learner and up to learning anything and everything i can!
My favorite family cooking traditions
Holidays are my favorite time of the year! I love being in the kitchen on Christmas with my mother and grandmother. Thanksgiving Day is my time to shine, i cook everything from the turkey to the sides and pies.

I havnt had to many tragedies, just a few flops. Casseroles that didnt work, brownies that didnt turn out just right, all a part of the learning process.
