I love baking! I love pastry. I've been doing it for as long as I can remember. Even though I'm pretty experienced with it I still amaze myself. I like spending time with my fam, going out and having fun, running/jogging, horseback riding, watching movies, and going for long drives, and traveling is definitely fun! I LOVE baking!! It's my favorite form of "cooking". It comes naturally. I love making everything from elegant wedding cakes to chocolate chip cookies. Every time theres a get-together I make dessert. At Christmas I make a big Gingerbread House, and all the other good stuff that the holidays call for! Oh gosh...definitely making Wedding cakes and specialty ordered Gingerbread houses and getting them to clients on time!! =D Hmmm..can't really say I've had a bad one yet. Don't jinx me.
