My dad once told me I was beginning to cook like my Grandma, who, he likes to say, could boil water and it would be special! My biggest tragedy was not getting a good grade in a culinary class I took at the local community college. I've gotten in a lot more practice since then, though, so I'm definitely improving. Another tragedy was catching a pan of oil on fire. That was scary!!!
