I used spinach noodles and it rocked. Can't go wrong with this dish.

I've just gotten back into cooking and found this recipe for chili. It is by far the best chili I've ever put in my mouth. My husband is finicky about his chili and he can't stop eating this stuff. He even met me at lunch today and said if he didn't have that chili he didn't want anything...and this is coming from a man that NEVER eats left overs!!
