Chicken and Sun-Dried Tomato Bruschetta

Cola Pot Roast II
My husband told me that this was the best roast I have ever made in 22 years! I didn't have cola but I did have a diet dr. pepper and I used an inexpensive chuck roast. Fabulous! Thanks for sharing!
