Chicken Pot Pie I
Very delicious basic pot pie w/ lots of possibilities for mixing it up. I would probably try to use low-fat cream soup next time, and also would look for a lower cal crust. Good family meal!

Homemade Black Bean Veggie Burgers
very yummy-this is a good vegetarian staple & a great break from meat for the carnivore. It was a little spicy for me, but I think it would be fine for most folks.

Oatmeal Baked Chicken
I eat a lot of healthy foods so I am not a stranger to alternative presentations of traditional dishes. I wasn't completely sold on this one, though my family agreed the flavor was quite good. I think next time I will try another reviewers suggestion and throw the coating into the food processor.
