Courtney's Three Tomato Pasta Sauce

This is a nice change from a regular spaghetti sauce. I did make one change. I skipped the meat and then added a chopped green pepper along with the onion and garlic. Turned out wonderful. Thanks for the recipe!

Sun-Dried Tomato Dip

I took this to a party last night and it was a hit! Made changes suggested by others. Doubled the sun-dried tomatoes, only 1 clove of garlic. Also used 3/4 cup sour cream and no mayo (did not have). It is thick, more of a spread than a dip. Will definitely make this again. thanks!
