Banana Crumb Muffins
Delish. I only had 2 bananas, and that worked out just fine. I will certainly make these again.

Roasted Garlic Cauliflower
Fantastic! So easy and delicious! I especially love the garlic and cheese flavors with the cauliflower.

Four Spice Crackles
These are fabulous cookies. Just the right amout of spices and moistness. Mine never cracked-- maybe I didn't press them down enough? But they came out just the right amount of crispy and delicious.
