this was really yummy and tasted great. The consistency was great. It was nice and smooth. I was afraid it would taste like an ice cream cake. It didn't. It just tasted like a frozen pumpkin pie but better cause it was so creamy.

oh yummmmmmy this was a really good pumpkin pie. I really liked it and every one else did too. I made it to the T and probably wouldn't change anything. This was my first attempt at pie and I was not disappointed. It was soooooo easy too.

These enchiladas were pretty good. I liked the sour cream and cottage cheese mixture a lot. I did think that they had to much taco taste in them. I think if I make them again ill take the taco seasoning out and maybe substitute something with it. Or I'll just use less of it. I think it could be a four or 5 without it. As is I would rate it overall a 3. I would rate the cheese mixture a 5 though. The person I made it for didn't care for it. I think he would have like it a lot better without the taco seasoning.
