My name is Alyse and even though I am pretty young (college student) I love to cook and have been cooking since as long as I can remember and seem to be getting pretty good at it. I live is a small town in CT where there is a beautiful country setting to see at every corner, and I love it very much. I love to cook desserts, I was always so horrible at baking and it became a bit of a challege to perfect the things I once ruined. I also love to grill and cook new things. My favorite family cooking tradition is pulling bread apart the night before Thanksgiving for the stuffing, it always comes out better when u let the bread chunks sit over night!
