Country Apple Dumplings
I served this wonderful dessert along with a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream. My husband took a bite and said, "WOW..This is the best dessert you've made in a long time!" This recipe is a keeper!

Make-Ahead Mashed Potatoes
I chose this recipe because it seemed simple and to make a few days in advance was a plus. I added black pepper to season. Bravo!
