This is a fantastic cake! I made it for my mother in-law and she loved it! I ended up filling in the center with chocolate mousse and put strawberrys on top. It looked fantastic and tasted great! I am not a huge fan of really sweet things and I though I would not like it, but somehow it wasn't overly sweet.
